Returns or Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are easy with SolChic®. Simply drop an email to returns@solchic.com to request a return or exchange shipping label. The member of our friendly Customer Service Team will answer your request as soon as possible for the next step!

To be eligible for return or exchange, the purchased item(s) must be unused and unwashed, and to be placed in their original package(s). All items in eligible conditions are returnable and exchangeable within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

• Excludes items listed as final sale.

We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).

For exchange item(s), we provide one-time free shipping label. The free shipping label expires within 7 days of receiving it. Then, a flat fee of $10 shipping cost will be needed for an extra shipping label.

For domestic return item(s), a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your order amount.

For international return item(s), a flat rate of $20 will be deducted from your order amount.
