Shipping

The shipping times listed below are only estimates and are subject to change. Please feel free to contact us at customer@solchic.com prior to shipping for more accurate estimations. We are happy to assist you. * 

Domestic Shipping

Our standard shipping is through UPS Ground. Our expedited shipping is through UPS Next Day Air.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at Checkout.

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days once processed (most orders placed by 11am EST will be shipped in the same day).

Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days once processed (most orders placed by 11am EST will be shippedin the same day).

*Any orders placed after 11am EST on Friday will usually be shipped out on Monday, barring any national holidays. *

International Shipping

Our standard international shipping is through FedEx International Economy Freight. Our expedited international shipping is through FedEx International Next Flight.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be reported within 10 days from receipt of merchandise. You can do it hereby filling out the Return Authorization Slip or contacting our sales agent where you placed your original order through. All returns must be in the same condition as you received it*. All handbags must have product tags attached. Please note that is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt.

Also,

  • We cannot accept returns purchased from a third party.
  • Returns will be accepted only in cases where items arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • The Return Authorization Slip must be printed and shipped with the item being returned.
  • Allow 7-10 business days to process refunds after returns arrive at our facility.

LIABILITY

SolChic shall not be liable for any work performed by any third party and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor, including but not limited to claims for negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.
